World Poker Tour saison 3
La troisème a été composée de 13 épisodes et pas de nouveau français pour remporter le titre cette année. Le compteur reste donc toujours bloqué à une victoire pour les français. 2004 a été sans conteste l'année où Daniel Negreanu a simplement explosé. Avec 3 tables finales et 2 victoires dans la saison 3 il était quasiment impossible d'aller le chercher. Il remporte ainsi plus de $3 millions pour cette année exceptionnelle. Derrière Tuan Le fait également très fort en remportant lui aussi deux victoires et $4,400,000. On n'entendra cependant plus beaucoup parler de lui après ces exploits.
D'un point de vue plus globale cette saison 3 est le véritable lancement du World Poker Tour avec une fréquentation des tournois qui explose avec des tournois de plus de 600 joueurs. Le World Poker Tour devient vraiment le monument que l'on connaît aujourd'hui.
